This interactive 1-hour workshop is designed to help you better understand, manage, and express your emotions in healthy and effective ways. Whether you often feel overwhelmed, easily triggered, or struggle to communicate your feelings, this session will equip you with the tools and confidence to take back control. In this workshop, you’ll learn: How to identify and name what you’re feeling in the moment What your emotions are really trying to tell you Simple techniques to calm intense emotions like anger, sadness, or anxiety Healthy ways to express emotions without guilt, shame, or conflict How to build emotional resilience and reduce emotional reactivity over time This is a safe, supportive space—no judgment, no pressure.
